Blues Landing: A Taste of Southern Comfort and Eclectic Atmosphere

I came from out of town visiting family and I don't regret coming here. The jambalaya was better than the gumbo in my opinion, it was just a bit salty. I got the plum chicken and it was phenomenal. The waitress seemed a little overworked, maybe they were short staffed, but the decorations were nice to look around at and everything tasted great. Portions were good for the price too.

Very Fun atmosphere with lots of cool decor to look at. Excellent waitress. Great music! It took a very long time to get our food. I ordered the grilled chicken salad($14) When I got it, the chicken was cold. Yummy appetizers, although not a lot for the money. The other plates looked great

First time here, absolutely fantastic experience. The atmosphere is very inviting & comfortable. Our server was personable & very attentive even though the place was very busy. The food? Presentation & serving size were great. We had the crab cakes & the Mardi Gras pasta. Both dishes were amazing. We have found our new go to place.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a while!! I got the catfish platter, and it was delicious! The fish was tender and moist, the fries were fantastic, the hushpuppies were great, and the beans - oh gosh they were the best I’ve ever had! My partner got the pork chop and it was FULL of flavor! The fudge cake with ice cream is absolutely mouth watering. My server, Casey, was brilliant! My daughter adored her, and her service was great! We will definitely be returning.

I carried my friend of 31 years to celebrate her birthday and definitely wanted to touch on some recommendations since it’s under new ownership. Congratulations by the way!The fried pickles were excellent, the Grilled Ribeye Melt With Au Jus was lacking in flavor so maybe punch it up a bit. What I really wanna touch on is the eclectic dust collected tchotchkes and the lack of attentive service. The only person that was attentive to us was a lady at the bar. She noticed our drinks were low and offered to get us more and even came around and offered us Mardi Gras Beads in celebration of the upcoming Fat Tuesday. She was engaging. Blues has always been a good time but I do feel that under new ownership that there are areas that could be improved to elevate the experience.

It was ok. Our waitress was wonderful, but I'm not into the whole madigras theme. It was different. It had a beautiful entrance, but there was alcohol beverages on the benches as you walked in. We didn't drink, but my child was asking about it. That was a great talk. The parking was confusing as well. Overall, it was a nice night out with family.

Went for the crab legs and wasn't let down. I got the stinger bucket. The catfish it comes with was good too. The waitress was the bartender super nice and great with us. Highly recommend

5 stars across the board. Great food and great service but what brought me to Blues Landing was a local band that I enjoy was playing there. I was able to reserve a table earlier in the day by calling them and when I got there they gave me the best seat in the house! I wanted to eat dinner there and I was a little worried that we might not get service because of how crowded it was and the craziness of being up by the stage area, but I was wrong. I wish I could remember my waiter's name, but he was awesome, my drink never went dry and the Cajun steak was incredible, highly recommended!
